Transportation Project Manager

Yaggy Colby Associates (YCA), is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Transportation Project Manager at the Rochester, MN headquarters. YCA is a multi-disciplined consulting engineering firm that is team-oriented, has a reputation for producing quality work and provides challenging, personal growth and career advancement opportunities.

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in civil or transportation engineering and a Professional Engineer license in the State of Minnesota, or have the ability to achieve licensure within six months. Candidates must have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in transportation engineering including DOT highway design and project management experience. Specializing in preliminary and final design of state and county highways, this individual will perform project management duties for our transportation projects, including proposal preparation, client development, resource scheduling, and overseeing engineering production efforts. The position requires commitment to the highest professional standards, strong motivation for success and the ability to manage complex projects. The ideal candidate would also have a working knowledge of GEOPAK and Microstation as well as other various design software applicable to DOT design.
